All i had different was station name as Bright FM 106.4 and location i put more detail in. Will that make a difference. Is your radio a Stream83i? Maybe i have a duff radio! No reply yet from Roberts customer service - pretty poor i think.

Who did you contact at Roberts? If it's to do with a radio station missing from the list, there's little they can do. Contact Frontier or vTuner as it's them that maintain the list of stations. Have a look at http://www.yournetradio.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=299&start=20#p1817.

I've been trying it on my Stream 63i but as far as I'm aware all their radios are the same on the inside. I'll try it on my 83i a little later (it's in the garage!).

Have just lost the station I've been listening to on my stream 83i for the last 3 years. No longer on the list, but still broadcasting on line.

Where can I get an access code from that Frontier need for you to register with them?

It's within the radio's menu - turn the radio on and switch it to an internet station first.

Then press MENU -> STATION LIST -> HELP -> GET ACCESS CODE. It doesn't appear on the screen for very long so write it down quickly...

More information is given in the instruction book if you get stuck.

Done that but I can't find the url for the station which is cool98.7fm . This is the website http://cool987fm.com/ and the radio locator info http://www.radio-locator.com/info/KACL-FM.

How on earth do I find a url?

I can only get it to work intermitently on their site.
They appear to have withdrawn their stream for internet radio. Some stations do this to require listeners to sit through an ad on their PC before it connects.
The stream is still in the Reciva database, but doesn't work there either.
I would suggest you phone or write KALC and ask them to provide a stream that is compatible with internet radio.

I did email them last night and had a response that he would pass it to the engineer. He gave me an app for smart phones but that's not what I want.

I replied that I needed a url for an internet radio and gave the Roberts link, but nothing back from them as yet.
