Anyone notice their Flow remote chewing through batteries? My remote worked normally for two years but have had to change batteries 3 times in last two months with low-average use of radio. Been using duracell batteries.
Got to say that I agree that it is a great example of customer service. Whether or not a remote was bundled with the original item is a separate issue than someone reporting a failing remote on an independant message board and then a representative of the manufacturer stepping in and offering to replace it no questions asked.
